Kristy Archibald, LUH Contributor and friend,
shares a touch of family sentiment following her memory-making visit this summer
to one of Alberta's oldest ranches.
With the forecast showing great weather ahead for the next couple of weekends,
sounds like Bar U Ranch is a great way to take advantage of the few sunny autumn afternoons
we have left in 2016!
Enjoy making your own family memories,
(complete with hot cowboy coffee and old-fashioned homemade molasses cookies!)
on your next road trip to the Old West.
Thanks for sharing your memories, Kristy :) Awesome photos!

3. Sparkly Love
Give your guests a wedding favor that will let them bask in the glow of your love with personalized heart-shaped sparklers.
8. Sunstar Glow
And to cap off a balmy wedding day, the reception is sure to go late into the evening. Make sure to highlight the warm glow of the day with sunlit-style centrepiece lanterns, or even solar-powered garden lights underneath brightly-coloured tablecloths completes the setting for a beautiful, celebratory glow.

Ok, so 25 days in… Neighbourhood blog proj launched. Check. I’m sitting here very grateful to finally be feeling a bit of contentment -- the kind that goes along with having a freshly-organized desk! One that is now inviting to sit at and that allows for a bit of time to just breathe... The next steps after that? Getting down on paper all of the fragmented thoughts that have been floating around in my head for years.
