At a time when assault and bullying are on the rise, including the recent news story of a young girl being kidnapped while waiting for the bus, it’s never been more important to give our children and ourselves the strategies and tools we need to safeguard against everyday dangers.
With knowledge and practice comes power, which is why Safe4Life offers classes to children, teenagers, and adults to build confidence and teach self defense strategies.
Safe4Life boasts an effective Safety Plan that encompasses mental, emotional, and physical skill responses in order to be at the ready in any dangerous situation.
Classes prepare participants to deal with dangerous encounters, avoid risky situations, establish a solid safety plan, and develop the confidence to keep you safe.
